Canyons, near streams and on shelterd slopes.
Description:[edit]
Single trunked palm to about 13m tall, (the tallest of the Braheas) costapalmate leaves, green above, glaucouse below.

Full sun, well drained position. Frost and drought tolerant. Dislikes high humidity. Naples Botanic Gardens.
