Distribution & Habitat:[edit]

Found only in a small area in Oaxaca state, Mexico, on steep slopes in evergreen cloud forests in the Rio Valle Nacional.

Description:[edit]

It has a short, solitary trunk, but up to 12 long (to 250cm (8ft)), upright, flat in cross section leaves, with thin, long and wide, bright green, semiglossy leaflets.

Cultivation:[edit]

Likes a shady, damp, frost free position.
