Cycas siamensis subsp. inermis

Distribution & Habitat:[edit]

Found on small rises in semi-deciduous forest in Nam Cat Tien National Park, Vietnam.

Description:[edit]

A medium sized cycad, witha trunk to about 4m long, and deep green, glossy leaves to about 3m long. The leaflets have attractive, wavy edges.

General:[edit]

Very closely related to Cycas macrocarpa.

Culture:[edit]

Warm, lightly shaded, well drained position.
