Habitat:[edit]

Central north coast of New Guinea.

Description:[edit]

Small palm, single trunked or clumping, to about 7m tall. It has dark green leaves, and a whitish covering on the crownshaft.

Culture:[edit]

Quite common in cultivation in the tropics.
