New Guinea rainforest

===Description:===
Thin stemmed palm thought to be of hybrid origin. Has attractive bronze/red
new leaves. Young palms are almost indistinguishable from ''P. waitianum''.
Mature palms have irregularly arranged grouped leaflets.

===Culture:===
Warm, sheltered and moist.
