Lowland rainforest of Panama.
Description:[edit]
Beautiful glossy green corrugated leaves. Very similar to Zamia skinneri. It has reddish brown new leaves (hence the common name).

Newly described. Previously just regarded as a variant of Z. skinneri
Culture:[edit]
An understory rainforest plant, so it likes warmth, humidity and shade.
