Distribution & Habitat:[edit]

An emergant palm of New Guinea rainforests.

Description:[edit]

A tall, slender, solitary palm with recurved leaves and long, thin, adaxially angled leaflets (similar to Howea belmoreana).

Cultivation:[edit]

Prefers a sheletered position when young, but will tolerate full sun as it matures. Tropical in its requirements.
