Distribution & Habitat:
Rainforest in Nicaragua and Costa Rica.
Description:
An attractive, small, solitary, spiny palm with either sparsely pinnate or undivided leaves.
Culture:
Warm, sheltered and moist. Rarely seen in cultivation.
