Endemic to the Fijian island of Viti Levu where it is found in a variety of forest types, from lowland to submontane elevations.

Description:[edit]

A medium sized, solitary palm with a tall thin trunk, and caryotoid leaves.

Cultivation:[edit]

Warm sheltered and moist. Tropical requirements.
