Distribution & Habitat:
Mexican rainforest.
Description:
A small to medium sized solitary palm to about 4m tall. Very closely related to C. tepejilote.
Culture:
Lightly shaded, moist, but well drained position. Tolerant of light frost. Kew Gardens
