Distribution:

Atlantic coast of Costa Rica and Panama.

Habitat:

Rainforest

Description:

A solitary palm to about 4m tall, with greyish leaves, and a creamish ridge running from the start of the petiole down the leaf sheath.

Culture:

Warm, sheltered, and moist.
