Distribution:

Southern Thailand, and Malaysia.

Distribution & Habitat:

Rocky limestone outcrops and cliffs.

Description:

A medium sized cycad to about 8m tall, with a grey or yellowish coloured trunk (subsp. lutea). Highly variable.

General:

Only very recently described (1998).

Culture:

Full sun in a well drained, alkaline soil/potting mix.
