Habitat:

Various habitats in north-west New Caledonia.

Description:

Very attractive, medium sized emergant palm to about 15m, with recurved leaves, and a prominantly ringed trunk.

General:

Has great potential as garden plant.

Culture:

Easy, and quite fast growing, as well as being wind tolerant.
